If you have an issue with your machine please contact us first by emailing email@example.com here. We will lead you through in-field troubleshooting steps. If we determine that your machine needs to come back we will issue you an RMA (return material authorization) number and provide you with specific packing instructions. If the machine is packed improperly, you will be liable for the damage and it may delay return shipment if it lengthens repair time. Please do not return your machine without notifying us first!
