V2-50 machines will have an extra 4 pin Picoflex connector located above the beaglebone board (circled in red below).
Machines set up with the safety switch feature may also have an extra 4 pin Picoflex connector above the beaglebone board, usually labeled “Safety” (circled in blue below):
